Telefónica Interview: The Data Shift And The Impact For Telcos

During our Audiences In Motion event in Düsseldorf, we interviewed onе of the speakers, Mark Stohlmann, Senior Marketing Manager at Telefónica Germany, to get his insights on the ways telcos are aligning themselves with the dynamic shifts in the marketing ecosystem. 

 

With the aim to extend beyond the decreasing telecommunication revenues, South American & European giant Telefónica acquired Axonix, a mobile-only ad exchange platform. 

 

In the interview, Mark talks about Telefónica’s vision to play “a very active and important role mobile advertising industry”, with the ultimate aim to “make advertising more relevant for consumers and more successful for advertisers”.
