adsquare Introduces Lookalikes Audience Extension

We’re very excited to start the new year by introducing our latest feature – Lookalike audiences. To help advertisers get the most out of their mobile campaigns, our team worked hard on developing a solution to help advertisers significantly increase the chance of finding new customers and, more importantly, reach the ideal ones that match their target group best. Using adsquare Lookalike audiences, marketers can extend the reach of their mobile audiences by adding a group of users that behave similarly to already existing audiences they created in our self-service platform.
What are Lookalikes?
Lookalikes are used to build larger audiences from a smaller, base audience in order to help advertisers reach more potential customers who are likely to be interested in their brand because of their resemblance to existing target audience. In other words, lookalike audiences share characteristics similar to those that the original audience segment represents. This makes lookalike audiences extremely useful to advertisers by helping them easily reach new audiences, using the audience they’ve already created, while saving resources and costs.
How does adsquare Lookalikes work?
In order to find relevant Lookalikes adsquare analyzes your base segment, identifies common qualities of the people in that segment, and finds new people who share the same qualities (e.g., share the same interests, demographics, lifestyles, etc.). Therefore, brands can extend their audience reach and target people relevant to their business at a larger scale.
The new Lookalikes feature is available on top of our Audience Targeting product.
