How do you explain what Adsquare does to your friends and family who are not familiar with the advertising and tech industry?
Beatrice: Most of my friends work in digital advertising, so they know how our ecosystem works and they can relate to what Adsquare does. My family instead doesn’t really understand it and I would say: “We fulfill the needs of brands with solutions that allow them to reach their target audience and optimize their ROI.”
What makes you start your day at Adsquare with a smile?
Beatrice: I am proud of the great response that we have from the market and I appreciate the transparency and the commitment of all of my colleagues. I have a strong relationship with all of them, even with those who are on the opposite side of the world. I feel part of a big family.
What has been your favorite project or learning experience at Adsquare so far?
Beatrice: Adsquare gave me the chance to increase my knowledge of programmatic and data. I owe most of what I know today to my colleagues. Out of all our products, measurement is the most interesting one for me: to see how this area has grown in the last few years and what Adsquare has achieved in the field is simply amazing.
Where would you like Adsquare to take you for the next company offsite?
Beatrice: Give me sun and sea!
